So What Is Veganuary?

A similar concept to Dry January, where people will give up alcohol for the month. But with Veganuary people will avoid consuming animal products during the first month of the year. The annual challenge was first launched in 2014 by a nonprofit organization, that promotes and educates veganism to encourage millions in the UK to follow a healthy vegan lifestyle for the whole 31 days of January. Researchers at Oxford University have said that a vegan diet is probably the single biggest way to reduce your impact on planet Earth.

With Veganuary officially underway, you can take it even one step further by going plant based around your home or even going plant-based with your cosmetic products.
