Deliveries During The Covid-19 Outbreak

We would like to inform our customers that during these trying times we are still open and orders are still being sent out as normal.
Please keep in mind that the delivery services we use may be under additional strain, causing some deliveries to be delayed slightly.

We will be remaining open until we are told otherwise.

Shipping & Returns


All orders placed before 4pm (Monday to Friday) will be sent the same day. Any orders ordered after 4pm or on weekends will be sent the following working day. Nothing is sent on weekends or public holidays.

Express Delivery

Express orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday will be sent the same day (excluding bank holidays) and be delivered the following working day (not including Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays). For orders placed after 4pm or on weekends/public holidays, these will be sent the following working day with a 1 day delivery time.

You may have your orders delivered to a home or work address that is convenient for you. We can deliver to the BFPO (British Forces Post Office), but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, Hospitals, Airports and Prisons. Deliveries are usually within 2-4 working days, and are sent with a 48 hour courier service. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays, so please allow an extra day for this. Deliveries to The Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man, Northern Ireland may take up to two working days longer. If nobody is available when your parcel is delivered, and there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect from your local sorting office.


We hope you’ll be happy with every order you place with UOrganic, but if you ever need to return an item you may do so within 14 days of receipt.

How to Return

Send your unwanted items to us at the address below. Please make sure that you include a copy of your invoice with your order. We highly recommend sending all returns back by a tracked/recorded delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any returned items that are lost in the post, so please make sure that the value of the goods are covered by the relevant insurance. Please note that postage charges are not refundable.

We request that all returns are packaged carefully and returned in a sale-able condition. If items have been used or damaged we reserve the right not to refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will usually receive your refund within 2 working days following our receipt of the return package, however, during busy times it may take up to 5 working days. You when your refund has been processed. Please note that if items are posted back to us later than 14 days from the date you received your order, a refund may be refused and the item may be sent back to you at your own expense.

Please note: We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee should items not be returned in the same condition they were sent out in.


If you wish to exchange any items from your order, please return your order to us with a copy of your invoice. We do not charge any additional postage for exchanges on items within the UK. All exchanges are posted with UK Standard Delivery (if you require the Express Delivery please re-order, and return your item(s) for refund). You will receive e-mail notification when your exchange has been dispatched.

Please note that we are unable to reserve items for exchange. Therefore, if requesting an item showing low in stock, we strongly recommend re-ordering and returning your original item for refund. If you request an item for exchange that is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
